Exchange-Traded Funds 5th Deutsche Börse ETF Forum 13 September, 2012 - Frankfurt, Germany
Exchange Traded Funds have become an integral part of a portfolio. Around 1,000 ETFs on XETRA grant investors easy and cost-efficient access to global markets and various asset classes.

Deutsche Börse's ETF forum, organised by STOXX and XETRA, offers institutional investors, and other market participants such as analysts and financial consultants, a quality platform for information and an exchange of ideas on all aspects of ETFs.

This year, the ETF forum will be presented in a new format: economists, fund managers and market makers will be discussing macroeconomic conditions, trends and hedging options in the framework of individual panels.

The forum, which is aimed at fund managers, institutional investors, financial consultants and wealth managers, as well as private banking consultants, analysts of banks, state banks, savings banks, pension funds and insurances from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, will be moderated by Markus Koch of the Wall Street Journal.

Dr. Oliver Schwindler, Portfolio manager, KSW Vermögensverwaltung, and Research Associate, EDHEC-Risk Institute, will be participating in a panel session on the subject "How can I hedge my portfolio against external shocks?", alongside Jan Carl Plagge, Senior Product Development Manager, STOXX Ltd., and Thorsten Winkler, Managing Director, Advanced Dynamic Asset Management.
