  • Peter Cook is responsible for business strategy and the portfolio management, marketing, and operational activities of funds managed by Performance Trust Investment Advisors.

    Prior to joining PTIA, Peter founded and managed Rochester Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund, from 1997 through 2006. Previously, he ran an equity hedge fund for Templeton Global Investors and managed Templeton’s global equity trading desk in Nassau, Bahamas. Before working at Templeton, he was Vice President in interest rate and currency swaps at UBS in New York, and achieved his CPA certification in 1982 while employed at Deloitte & Touche.

    Peter has achieved degrees of BS of Accountancy from University of Illinois and MBA from University of Chicago with a specialization in International Finance. He is currently an active leader in the CFA Society of Chicago, focusing on continuing education issues. Peter and his wife enjoy raising their five children in Hinsdale, Illinois.

  • Josef Schuster is the founder of IPOX Schuster LLC, an innovative Financial Services Firm specialized in Financial Products Design related to global Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).   • William M. Gruzynski, CAIA, is the alternative investment specialist for the Emerald Group of Companies, founded in 1998. The group specializes in the financial investment and technology sector. Mr. Gruzynski specializes in Managed Futures programs, Foreign Exchange trading and Macro Hedge Funds for high net worth and institutional investors.

    Bill is co-founder, manager and director of futures trading education at The Chicago School of Trading.com, a firm involved in educating options and futures traders in The Chicago Tradition.

    Bill is head of the Alternative Investment Advisory Committee at Veterans Investment Services LLC, a Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE), specializing in all aspects of futures trading.

    Bill is a Chartered Alternative Investment AnalystSM (CAIASM) and a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst AssociationSM. He is also founder and lead chapter executive of the Chicago chapter of the Chartered Alternative Investment Association.

    Bill is also a senior partner with Hillcrest Partners, a commodity futures and options consulting firm founded in 1980, which consults with institutional and professional clients regarding their entry into the commodity futures and options markets. In addition, Bill designs and implements commodity futures, options and securities markets technical and algorithmic trading systems.

  • Hilary Till is a co-founder of Premia Capital Management, LLC. Premia Capital is a proprietary investment and research firm, which specializes in the natural-resources markets. She is also a principal of Premia Risk Consultancy, Inc., which advises investment firms on risk-management policy.

    She serves on the North American advisory board of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Ms. Till is also a member of the curriculum committee of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association as well as being a member of the steering committee of the Chicago chapter of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association. In addition, she is a Research Associate at the EDHEC-Risk Institute. (The EDHEC-Risk Institute is an EDHEC Business School research centre in Nice, France.) Ms. Till served as a reviewer for the Journal of Alternative Investments in 2003 and in 2007 through 2009; and in 2005, she was a referee for the Financial Analysts Journal.
